We have got to keep bailing out the big banks because they are just too big to fail and if the taxpayers stop bailing them out all hell and fury will break loose making the last world depression look like nothing in comparison. The only way to save the working people of the world is to cut them back to a very meager existance so the wonderful rich billionaire bankers can accumulate billions more for themselves. So bankers made billions and it collapses a country or 2-3, because? Something is missing here. Governments can make laws and allow corrupt banks to fall, but no – it’s obvious a brotherhood up there for banks and governments. The common guy pay for all this crap and get to pay more and more taxes because it will never stop, unless we all do something. Also, that any bank is in lack of money is a joke, when money is created out of thin air, these days.
The Greek banks were/are insolvent due to the fact that they hold overwhelming amounts of Greek government debt. The debt was issued by the Greek government to pay for entitlement programs for the people. That’s right – the people. It’s unsustainable mainly due to people living too long (life expectancy tables have shown an unceasing upward trend). So now the people will suffer by their own hand. Don’t blame the banks for crying out loud. The people want what they can’t have.
