With less appetite a lot of those cravings disappear simple because you feel full, and you will eat less, and lose weight.

Resveratrol and Increased Metabolism and Energy Level
Scientist has in their research found an important gene, named SIRT1. It is the most important gene when it comes to anti aging, because by activating it, you simply slow down the aging process.

Scientists did some tests in Finland on humans with Resveratrol. And they did an amazing discovery they found out that Resveratrol not only improves mitochondrial function and protection against aging diseases, but also by activating the gene SIRT1 the test group experienced  a much higher energy level, and an increased metabolic rate. Resveratrol and Suppressing Appetite

First the sugar will be stored as fat in your body, because the increased insulin level stopped the body’s burning of the sugar and stored it instead.

Second because your brain thinks it got cheated from food, it sends out signals to your hunger hormones telling them that you are hungry and you need food, but you are actually fine, with no need for food.  In long term this will give you an increased appetite and you will take way to much food. That will be stored as fat.

Resveratrol slows down the release of insulin, and because there is no insulin released less food will be stored as fat in your body. Your brain will feel satisfied and no hunger hormones will be triggered, and you will feel full and satisfied, and you will have less appetite and lose weight.

Second because your body got cheated from food, it was taken away from, your brain will send out signals to your hunger hormones, telling them that you need more food, because you didn’t get any food last time. You will end up in an evil spiral, your cravings for sugar and carbohydrates will rise, you insulin level will rise to bring it down, and you will gain weight. In long term this will give you an increased appetite. By slowing down the release of insulin you do not end up in this spiral triggering your appetite. But instead experience a decrease in appetite simply because no hunger hormones will be triggered.

Forgiveness is a process. The decisions and insights on forgiving come incrementally. I learned how to set limits and care for myself. I came to sense God’s love and comfort, and to know that I am a child of God.

1. Forgiveness brings healing. I see that abuse affects all aspects of my life. I ask for healing in varying forms. “As I recognize the truth of my relationships, give me the strength to set limits and to stand solid in your affirmations, and to release me from misplaced loyalties as I allow myself to be reborn in your calling.” “Forgive my shortcomings as I forgive those of others.”

2. Forgiving yourself is difficult and may come much later than forgiving others. “Forgive me for being stuck in my parents’ shame as I forgive myself for feeling responsible for what they did.” “Forgive my confusion in the use of my gifts as I forgive others who are also confused.” “

3. Forgiving yourself is to let go of ongoing feelings of guilt, anger, and fear. “Release me from terror as you reveal for healing the murderous rage of my ancestors.”  ”Forgive me in reaching for food that hides my needs as I forgive myself for losing sight of you.” “Forgive my participation in hurting myself and others as I forgive those who hurt  me.”

Forgiveness is a spiritual key to healing for survivors, but forgiving does not require forgetting or remaining in abusive situations. Forgiveness does require taking action even when you are terrified. Do you want to learn more about beliefs on child abuse and forgiveness?
